A local New Jersey man, Phil joined the Lillie House team in 2024. He is head of Field Operations and resident jack-of-all trades. When you visit the farm, you will most certainly see him in motion.

Phil makes it happen, whatever the farm needs. He is our builder, problem solver, delivery driver, harvester and irrigation wizard. He’s built greenhouses & fences, fixes trucks & electrical issues. Phil takes an idea, and makes it into reality.

Arguably most importantly, he keeps Jillian smiling. The Lillie House has changed in many unexpected ways over the years, and Phil has been the best surprise. Proposing to Jill in 2025 means not only have flowers been growing at the Lillie House, but so has love.
