Meet Phil

If you’ve spent any time around the farm, you’ve probably seen Phil in motion. He’s our resident fix-it-all, builder, problem solver, delivery driver, harvester, irrigation wizard, and the guy who somehow makes everything work.

From building greenhouses and our walk-in cooler to bucket washing, keeping events running behind the scenes, delivering, and tackling whatever needs doing, Phil is a huge part of how The Lillie House runs day to day.

This farm has grown in so many ways over the years, and so much of that is thanks to his steady support, hard work, and ability to turn just about any idea into something real. And yes, proposing to Jillian definitely made it official.
